ph13 Platform Rules & User Agreement

01 Introduction

Welcome to ph13. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph13 ("ph13", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ph13 website at ph13.ws, all associated mobile-optimized pages, game interfaces, promotional offers, account features, and payment services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of the ph13 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the ph13 Platform.

ph13 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on ph13, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies to all users regardless of the specific game type accessed.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be included in any self-exclusion list, cooling-off program, or exclusion register maintained by ph13 or relevant regulatory bodies.
• You must be registering as a private individual and not on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

03 Account Management

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ph13 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ph13 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any withdrawals may be reversed pending investigation.

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph13 username and password. ph13 will treat all activity performed under your account credentials as having been authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph13 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC): ph13 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account)
• Source of funds documentation where required by regulatory guidelines

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. ph13 will not be liable for any delays in processing caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

Account Currency: All ph13 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) by default. Players using USDT TRC20 for deposits will have amounts converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by ph13's payment processor.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: ph13 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph13 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph13 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds and locked promotional balances are excluded until applicable wagering requirements are met).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
• ph13 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ₱50,000 or equivalent.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ph13 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance if lower) to dormant accounts, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph13 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. ph13 reserves the right to exclude any account from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within 7 days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and instant-win games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet amounts while wagering with active bonus funds apply. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the ph13 Platform are provided by third-party certified game providers including but not limited to Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and Spadegaming. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

Bets are final: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the ph13 system, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed by the player. ph13 will not be responsible for bets placed in error, including bets placed on the wrong game, wrong selection, or at the wrong stake level.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, ph13 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet stake to the player's balance. Winnings resulting from a malfunction will not be honored. The decision of ph13 in such matters is final.

Provably Fair Games: For applicable instant-win titles (Mines, Crash, Plinko), ph13 uses a provably fair algorithm that allows players to independently verify the fairness of each round result using the server seed, client seed, and nonce published after each round concludes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph13 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to conceal the true origin of funds
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ph13 employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the ph13 Platform or its underlying software
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph13 staff or other players through any communication channel

08 Responsible Gaming

ph13 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

ph13 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by placing a self-imposed account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ph13 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration chosen (minimum 6 months).

ph13 reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gaming controls, including account suspension, where player behavior patterns suggest problem gambling, even in the absence of a player's own request.

09 Privacy & Data

ph13 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ph13 Privacy Policy.

ph13 will use your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. We will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

ph13 may share your data with licensed payment processors, game providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the terms of our operating agreements with those parties.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph13 Platform — including but not limited to the ph13 brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface layout, game assets (where provided by ph13 directly), written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph13 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph13 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph13 content without explicit written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or platform downtime
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate game information or odds
• Damages resulting from third-party payment provider delays or errors

ph13's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ph13 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

Termination by Player: You may close your ph13 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn all available real-money balances, as unclaimed funds may be subject to dormancy policies.

Termination by ph13: ph13 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• ph13 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
• ph13 is required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority
• The player's conduct poses a risk to the safety, security, or reputation of the Platform

Upon account termination for cause, ph13 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from confirmed fraud or breach of Terms, all funds may be permanently forfeited.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph13 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the ph13 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ph13 support to attempt resolution in good faith. ph13 will endeavor to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant game round.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph13's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
